A chance encounter . . .
Grace Warren's life is safe and predictable—exactly the way she likes it. But when she gets roped into going to an auction to help out a friend, everything changes. She meets Seth Tuttle—a guy who unexpectedly kisses her then disappears, leaving her flustered and upset. If she never sees him again, it will be too soon.
A chance for love . . .
Weeks later, when Seth limps into Grace's rehab clinic post surgery, he's every bit as frustrating and annoying as she remembered. Yet there's something about him that makes her second-guess her carefully placed boundaries even though he's everything she's sure she doesn't want in a man. But maybe Seth is exactly what Grace has needed all along—assuming she's willing to risk safe and predictable for a chance at love.

Review: Things I loved about this book? Seth. Maybe I just develop crushes on all the guys in the romance novels I read...anyway, even though it was hard for me to connect with Grace and her issues keeping her away from Seth, I loved their relationship, how they figured stuff out together and made compromises with each other--so indicative of real life, while still dishing out plenty to escape with! I loved Seth's enthusiasm and agreed with Grace about some of the crazy things he got into. I have one picky gripe. (Sorry!) At one point another character didn't say all that she knew, event though it would have been natural in the conversation. It came off as a contrivance to drag out the conflict between Seth and Grace. A fun, quick read with some great romance.
